Shawneshia Maye is the Owner and operator of Compassionate Hands In Home Agency, established in 2021. Shawneisha is committed to expanding the legacy of Compassionate Care to the elderly community throughout New England Connecticut. The company was launched from Shawneisha's dedicated entrepreneurship. It's conception originated as a result of Shawneisha extensive nursing background.

Shawneisha guides the operations of Compassionate Hands In Home Agency to provide the highest quality of care and to enhance the lives of the elderly in the comfort of their own home.

Shawneisha have 25 years of work experience in the home health care field before she opened her own Home Health Agency. At the age of 18, Shawneisha started working as a Patient Care Associate, proving home care services. During the same time, attended Stone Academy where she received her license as a, Certified Nurse's Aide, Phlebotomist and EKG Certificate.

In 2015, while working at a Home Care Agency as a Home Health Aide, Shawneisha's former Employer seen great potential in her work ethic and her dedication with the elderly.  Which during that time the company offered her a Scheduling Coordinator position.  After four years of office experience in Health Care, Shawneisha decided to open her own company, "Compassionate Hands In Home Agency."

Her love and compassion for clients and caregivers has giving her a whole new meaning to being her own boss. It's the support of day-to-day operation, the love and care for staff, clients and their families are all Shawneisha need to keep going and growing. We believe that every person we care for deserves nothing less than complete respect and compassion. 

Compassionate Hands In Home was created with care in mind. We provide custom home care from personal care, daily activities, to helping people with Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia. An important aspect of our home care agency is that we have a true passion for caring for our clients.
